Our progression through our loan process has been tedious, but we have found that AmeriSaves has been very meticulous in covering every step of our loan process. Our communication with them has been very clear in the information they needed from us. Both representatives that have been a tremendous help in the process. We would recommend their service to family and friends that need help in this trying time of getting their finances taken care of.

The service I have received thus far is on point. Everyone has been courteous, punctual and willing to answer my every question. I couldn’t ask for a more professional team. The loan application ptocess was explained and questions were promptly answered. The updates on status of the refinancing was suprisingly, given almost on a daily basis. This was far different from previous experiences. Staff customer service is excellent.

Upon starting this process for our HELOC loan all personnel involved have been more than professional...they all have been kind and patient with us senior folk. It is a somewhat complicated process to reorganize ones financial path...you all have made this simple.

They closed the loan in 10 days, which is much faster than expected.

The people I’ve been dealing with are excellent top-notch. Some of the systems caused some anxiety. There is no place to see a list of the documents that have been uploaded and certain documents kept being asked for repeatedly. Even after I had submitted them.

Chris Emery and Clayton Haynes have been very professional and helpful through my refi experience. I would recommend Amerisave to friends or family going through this process.

David Olejniccak and Alanna Oakes have been very professional and supportive through each step in the process and always got back to me right away when I had any questions (even on their days off). It is a pleasure to work with them!
