Everyone that has worked with me so far have been very kind and patient with me. I am a senior citizen and am not very skilled with working on my computer, however they have been understanding and very helpful. The paperwork is pretty easy to understand, but sometimes I did get stuck, but after speaking with the agent, I would get back on track.
