Representative was kind, professional and patient. She explained each step of the process and walked me through the application, the required documents and then the e-sign sections. Both the Loan Manager /Officer and the Loan Processor have been quite thorough and communicative throughout the process so far. Both exhibit professionalism and have been informative, answering our questions as they arise. So far it has been a good experience.

Michael Smock was incredible! So friendly. So professional. He thought of things I never would have even considered. In fact, I actually declined another company with a slightly better APR just because my wife and I liked Michael so much and felt we could trust him. Aimee Quish has also done a good job, though we have spoken very little with her up to this point.

I am excited about the possibilities, and the website is easy to use. I do wish there were fewer people I had had contact with. I am, at times, unsure of who I should contact with questions.

No gaps in communication. Courteous people whom we are working with, such as Chase Sheldon, Angelo Shaba. Throughout the process we have been informed on updates as well as paperwork required.

Seems to be a lot of hoops to jump through for sure. But then again it’s good to be completely sure of what’s going on. But they are helping me with my application and they have been very good.

The ladies attention to detail and professionalism are welcome attributes at a time when details fall through the cracks. Now or in the future, Amerisave is a great choice for financial matters.
