Process is going smoothly and the folks have been helpful. The process is tedious though, 3 separate people at Amerisave have been helping me. Would be ideal if 1 person could work the whole process (maybe 1 with internal review from Amerisave).

Our progression through our loan process has been tedious, but we have found that AmeriSaves has been very meticulous in covering every step of our loan process. Our communication with them has been very clear in the information they needed from us. Both representatives that have been a tremendous help in the process. We would recommend their service to family and friends that need help in this trying time of getting their finances taken care of.

The loan application ptocess was explained and questions were promptly answered. The updates on status of the refinancing was suprisingly, given almost on a daily basis. This was far different from previous experiences. Staff customer service is excellent.

Upon starting this process for our HELOC loan all personnel involved have been more than professional...they all have been kind and patient with us senior folk. It is a somewhat complicated process to reorganize ones financial path...you all have made this simple.

Marko is good at connecting with his clients and did not make me rushed to make a decision. Additionally, the ease of seeing my tasks and uploading documents to their platform was user friendly.

Bradley Fox, loan processor, and Corrine Perry, loan officer, are the most efficient and pleasant people I have ever dealt with. They made every step of the loan process easy and stress free. They kept me informed every day and helped me with all the tasks required. If only all people could be as pleasant and helpful as they are. I will recommend AmeriSave to everyone because of them. They closed the loan in 10 days, which is much faster than expected.
