AmeriSave has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish! We just closed our refi cash out and received our e-check on the date exactly as promised with a call from our excellent loan processor Matt.
I felt special, important, and valued throughout the entire process, from the initial contact with Trey, the loan officer, to the processing, appraisal, underwriting and even a super great attorney that visited our home and signed/notarized all of the many documents needed.
We are very happy with our experience and it only took less than 1.5 months to close from initial contact. We got everything we wanted in a mortgage company, in the service and with our loan terms and it was painless!

Cindy Yates and Clayton Haynes were outstanding throughout the whole process. You hear so many horror stories about refinancing and what could go wrong but they made the process seem effortless. The communication was top notch and you always knew where you were in the process. From start to finish it took less than 3 weeks and we couldn’t be happier. What can I say… but Wow! AmeriSave loan refinancing and application process have been an excellent experience from start to finish. They have been very responsive and supportive throughout the process. Their website is easy to use, and provides a secure portal to share documents with loan officers. It also provides a step by step description and real-time status of the loan application.
Melody and Nicole were AMAZING!!! This was the smoothest refinance we have ever done. When I called I got to speak directly to the person I was calling and if Melody or Nicole weren’t there, they called right back. The process was 33 days!! Everywhere else I checked it was going to be 45-60 days to close Closing costs were exceptional not like other companies. Thank you so much Melody and Nicole and AmeriSave!!!

My loan closed exactly as scheduled. Completed in less than a month. All the phases of this process were pleasant because the department agents were very friendly and efficient. It helps to be able to work with their online portal and provide all the information they need to expedite the re-fi. I recommend them highly and would definitely use them again.
