As President, Ed leads the company in addition to directing the national sales efforts for both AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation's consumer mortgage channel and the wholesale/correspondent sales channel.
A 36-year veteran of the mortgage industry, Ed joined AmeriSave in 2011 as Executive Vice President of Wholesale and Correspondent Lending and later was appointed Executive Vice President of Sales companywide. Ed came to AmeriSave from CitiMortgage where he served for 18 years. During his tenure at Citi, Ed was the National Sales Director and Southeast Division Sales Manager responsible for the purchase of residential mortgage loans from banks, mortgage bankers and other financial institutions over a 15 state area. Ed's most recent service at Citi was as Managing Director. Ed has extensive experience in the capital markets and correspondent lending fields and is a member of the AmeriSave Senior Leadership Team which manages the overall direction of the company.
Ed has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Florida.
Executive Vice President of Operations
As Executive Vice President of Operations, Dave manages the Processing, Underwriting, Closing and Post-Closing departments.
Dave has been with AmeriSave since 2004 and prior to his current position he held the roles of Senior Vice President of Credit Risk and Director of Operations. Before joining AmeriSave, Dave was the Division Credit Manager at Home Funds Direct where he helped create their centralized retail lending division. With a background spanning 20 years in underwriting and credit risk for the mortgage industry Dave has managed the underwriting and risk departments for numerous lenders.
Dave has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Consumer Economics from the University of Georgia.
Senior Vice President, Capital Markets
Dave serves as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets for AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation. He is responsible for managing the company's Mortgage Servicing Rights, origination and operational analytics and acts as a liaison between Secondary Marketing and Finance.
Prior to joining AmeriSave, Dave was Senior Vice President of Product Pricing for the Institutional Mortgage Services Group of Bank of America/Countrywide Home Loans. He managed pricing for wholesale as well as best efforts and mandatory executions for correspondent lending during his tenure with the bank.
Dave has 17 years of mortgage pricing and operations experience. Before joining Countrywide, he was Director of Secondary Marketing for Mylor Financial, Inc. an independent mortgage bank in southern California and Hedge Manager for Tuttle Risk Management Services, managing pipeline interest rate risk for mortgage originators.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Senior Vice President, Retail Sales
Joseph leads the national sales efforts for our consumer lending division, managing the national sales managers and their teams of loan advisors across the country.
Joseph has been with AmeriSave since the very early days of the company, starting as a Loan Officer and then as a sales trainer. Joseph's dedication, mortgage knowledge and leadership led him to the role of VP of Sales, where he managed his own team of Loan Officers before being promoted to Senior Vice President. Prior to joining AmeriSave, Joseph was a golf pro and still enjoys playing when he's not in the office.
Joseph has a Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of Florida.
