I felt as tho I had personal loan officers who were working exclusively on my loan. Jeff Cutler and Randy Martin were quick to respond and resolve all issues. The loan process could not have gone smoother. The only surprised on the loan was how quickly I was able to get a hard lock.

I think you guys are the best in bussiness, doing bussiness with you guys means strickly bussiness, need to have every paper work clear and cut, credit need to be more then 700. Excellent front-end website containing all necessary information. All fees are transparent, and final HUD was very close to estimated. Front to back process is smooth and fast, with no surprises - definitely due in large part to processors Jeramie Dalton & Kristopher George. I would(and have done so)readily recommend Amerisave.

Dawn Hawley and Bradley Moore could not have been more helpful. They were easy to work with and responded to all my questions within an hour or so. At the time I started this process, I was dealing with two other Company's and looking to see who had a better deal. Before I could determine that, I was won over by the customer service of Dawn and Bradley. I am very, very, very satisfied with my experience and the deal that I got from your Company. The load process with Amerisave has been great. All information is available online along including all current documents and where you are in the loan process. The Senior Mortgage Processor, Steven Brown, has been very helpful and is very prompt in his updates.

I encountered a few bumps along the road but Tanilla Ponder and Camelia Berinde walked me through everyone and kept in constant contact with me. Their responses to me my e-mails were fast and immediate. I never felt like I was not a priority, because they always made me feel like I was. Pros: - Good communication, prompt response from our processor, Aaron Lucas. - Speedy, fast-paced. - Step by step instructions to follow. - Check status on-line. - Received email reminder for me to act accordingly to avoid delay.

Emails are quickly responded to from Amerisave. Direction for what is needed as the loan is processed are very clear. Communication is excellent and clearly asks for exactly what is needed. A great company to do business with. Closing costs are very reasonable and charts are very useful to help customers decide on amount financed and interest rates available. Amerisave is giving information that helps customers find the best deal. I would highly recommend Amerisave to anyone looking to refinance or borrowing money for their mortgage. Carol G Indianapolis

Very efficiently organized process which is automated as much as possible. Appreciated our loan adminiatrator Amy Houtchens promptly notifying us of any exceptions such as the need to identify our remodeling permit number. Also appreciated her minimizing the time we needed to spend on the process - when she got me on the phone to let me confirm my identity with my insurance company she then asked if they could let me go while she transacted the rest of her business with them.

The people involved with the loan process from start to finish were very professional, prompt, and courteous. This includes the appraiser and notary. The process was completed in three weeks. I had nearly all of my paperwork pulled together before initiating a refinance request, so there were no major delays or scrambling on my part.

Your staff was very diligent. Chad Floyd took great care of me. My situation is unusual so it took quite a bit of work to get approval and Chad stuck with it for the duration. Cole McPherson also helped out and Dustin McCain did his part in the end. I asked for and received a concession due to using an artificially low estimate of my house value to obtain the initial quote, which was a mistake in hindsight. At the end of the day, these guys made it fair and made it happen. Some other lenders contacted me and disparaged Amerisave. I'm glad I stayed the course, and I would recommend working with Amerisave, especially the individuals who helped me, to anyone.

This was our 2nd re-fi through AmeriSave. We closed on our mortgage re-finance this past Thursday, February 2. While the underwriting process was more rigorous than with past re-financing (which is expected and completely appropriate for managing risk), both our mortgage processor (Geneva Walters) and loan processor (Susie Diamond) worked diligently and patiently with us to see the process through to final approval and closing. They both showed close personal attention to my many email questions and I am extremely grateful to each of them. I can confidently recommend AmeriSave to friends and family looking to purchase a home or to re-finance their existing mortgage.

I like the fast pace of Amerisave's loan processing. It appears as if your processing rate limiting step is the applicants ability to supply the informtation you requested. I have not had to wait for Amerisave at any stage of my loan processing which I thought would have been the case given your low interest rates. I can not ask for a better service.

This was my first experience in refinancing over the web, but with the patience and expertise of a professional like Bryan Wegner guiding and encouraging me it wasn't at all intimidating. The challenge of walking a novice through all the details of a refi had to be daunting for Bryan, but he carried it off superbly. Should it ever arise again I wouldn't hesitate to use Amerisave! We were given a list of all of the documentation we needed to provide up front. The appraisal was scheduled the day after we applied for our loan. We were given frequent status updates via email, and status was always available on the web site. When additional information/documentation was needed, conditions were cleared very quickly.

The entire loan application process (from application through closing) has been great with AmeriSave. The entire process has been done within 3 weeks. The customer service from Kendall Soublet and Sherrill Wilson has been outstanding. Sherill has kept me informed of the status all along the way and has quickly responded to any questions I have.
