Both Dave Clark and Brian Knight were very responsive and genuinely interested in helping get this loan funded. It can be a very stressful time for customers and it's nice to talk to someone who is responsive and personable, it goes a long way toward reducing that stress level.

The service at Amerisave is fast and efficient. Although, I know my Loan Advisor and Loan Processor were handling several accounts at once, I always felt my loan was handled with top priority. I couldn't have asked for better service.

From the beginning, everything was just awesome. On line signing of documents, progress tracking, helpful folks... it was great! I especially enjoyed working with our processor, Eskinson Garrett. He was super helpful, funny, and extremely fast and accurate.

Exellent communication. Everything handled over the Web but my Processor was always available when contacted by phone. Actually answered the phone and didn't need to leave a message and wait for a return call. Simple to use Website. 5 star service.

Anthony Brumfield told me from the beginning that I would receive great service and he was right. Any concerns and questions I had, Anthony quickly and clearly answered them all. The communication that I saw between Anthony and the other members in regards to my loan process was that of a high caliber organization that knows what they are doing.
I've have friends that have applied for loans recently and I would listen to they're horror stories and had concerns as began mine. Everything was quickly put to rest from my first contact with Anthony to this point in my process. Rates were great and they hid nothing.
I would highly recommend Amerisave to anyone wanting a stress free loan process.

almost painless, very quick, a lot faster than my other settlements,
16 in the past 40 years. so get ready to tranfer funds, i was alittle slow setting up a wire transfer ( i paid down and refi'ed at a great LOW rate for 15 yrs ). had settlement at my house. i got very good response via e mail and the phone, i was writing an e mail to Amerisave, but i type slow so i called on the phone direct to my rep and got the info i needed, did i say they were fast. thanx

I like the fact that services can be rendered over the Internet in such a quick manner. I also like the idea of getting the customer involved in every step of the way and knowing the status of the process just by logging into your portal at any time. The system is undated every time an action is taken.

I was blown away with how quickly my loan was processed. I applied on 2/25 and went to settlement 12 calendar days later! Steven Brown (Advisor) and Marie Spann (Processor) provided extremely responsive (and patient) service throughout the process and worked very hard to close my loan in a remarkbly short period of time. Aside from the process being "fast", there were no surprises or "gotchas" as the original GFE was almost dead on with the final settlement statement.

The persons who contacted me were very professional and helpful in explaining all of my options and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I did not have anyone to help me at home so this was a new experience for me and I greatly appreciated the time that was spent with me. My phone calls were promptly returned and my fears of doing business on the Internet were relieved. I especially was amazed at how quickly the paperwork was done, my home appraised and how fast I could lock in the interest rate I wanted. I would highly recommend Amerisave. The service was excellent.

I like the personal touch you folks supply your customers. My loan officer was great, responsive, accurate, knowledgeable, and personal. I was very skeptical about using an online service for refinancing but for a difficult process in today's trying times, they made it as easy as possible on me.
When I had a small issue at the end of the process I received a call from the Manager who addressed my issue to my satisfaction. I am considering doing another property with these folks.

My mortgage processor was very courteous, prompt in returning calls and answering emails, and my appraisal took place within three days of my initial application.
The documentation requirements were very clear so I was able to provide all the required materials very quickly.

and the most personal individual I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. She made this process painless. In fact, it was always a pleasure speaking with her and she also was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process. As far as the Amerisave process is concerned, unlike other lenders, the rate you apply for is the rate you get. I also like the online tracking of the loan process which lets you know exactly what stage your loan is at. No tricks, no bait and switch. Would recommend to anyone who is thinking of buying a house or refinancing.

I like effeciency. Your company accomplished the total home refinance with cash out loan in a little over a week - from start to finish. Also, you did all contacts necesary with the companies involved; insurance, tax office, current home loan company, etc.
I am just waiting a couple of days for the 'cash out' amount is deposited into my checking account. When that happens, I will know that everything has been completed. Thank you.

I just closed yesterday. Everything went very smooth over the 2 1/2 week process. My old mortgage holder (Citibank) dragged their feet for three months and all I got out of that timefame was an appraisal. Joseph Germany and Kal Wayman were excellent to work with. I had LOTS of questions and every time they responded with a complete answer within a couple hours (even late at night) The closing couldn't have been easier. This is the second time I'm using Amerisave and I'm sure I will use them again in the future. My hat is off to your online tracker, the automation and excellent employees.

Everything is very precise and specific. I was pursuing a refinance with another company, but was not able to obtain clear information from them. Amerisave is pretty much the opposite; I am trying hard to provide you with all the documentation you need in a timely manner. Some of your documentation requests are a bit confusing, but I think I have a handle on it now. Basically, I was not prepared for the degree of interactive communications you have with customers. If you ask me the same question a bit later, I may have to change my evaluation to GREAT.
By the way, Guy Stevens is one of the best people I have ever dealt with. He is a great asset to your company.

As a retired former real estate broker, I am impressed with the speed you get the appraisals done!
