Outstanding service. I was a little concerned about using an internet service, but my mortgage processor, Eric McGowan, has been excellent and immediately put me at ease with the process. I have refinanced in the past and no one else comes close to the responsiveness and quality of service. I have already referred friends to give you a call.

Great rates and closing costs with fast and professional service. Greg Donohue and Lynette Hervey were very responsive to my questions and were very helpful throughout the loan process. The loan closed on time and according to the good faith estimate. This was my 7th home loan over the past 20 years and it was by far the easiest process that I have gone through.
I also liked that I could enter different scenarios (rate lock period, credit score, LTV, etc) on your web site to get a true picture of what I could expect regarding the actual interest rate and closing costs depending on my actual credit score, appraised value, etc.

The quick one on one contact from the loan advisor "Randy Bain" was exceptional. The ability to schedule and close in 5 weeks, pretty alsome! Amerisave certainly sets the standard for quick and easy mortgage loans.

The website is very easy to see options available. It also includes the closing costs which is awesome.
As I've moved through the process, the emails along the way have been very helpful. My advisor has been extremely helpful and easy to reach.
While I have not closed yet, its been a very smooth process. I've already referred a friend to check you out

Service from Amerisave was prompt, courteous, and professional. All my questions were answered promptly even when I sent my question very late in the day. So far, I have had a delightful experience – it certainly exceeded my expectations. Amerisave definitely sets the highest standard of service for mortgage originators. I am at the stage where underwriting is pending and I hope that Amerisave will maintain its exceptional service standard until closing.

The interest rate for a 15 year fixe rate of 3.75 w/ an APR of 4.36 was good. The processor Amanda Poole was very helpful. Mostly through e-mails to keep me updated. She also called when there were a few "glitches" during processing, and some delays.
Guy Stevens also kept me updated. Overall, I was satisfied and happy with the end result.

Fast clear requests for documentation and responses to questions. Use of technology to make thing go faster, smoother. Home appraisal took less than 48 hours to schedule, complete and have results. Best ever!

That I can scan and email documents with out have to use this a delivery or the postal service. My mortgage broker called me to let me know when rates got to the level I wanted and kept me posted.

This is my first loan using the internet and the process was great. Completing the documents were a breeze, your response to my questions were immediate, and to visually see the progress of my loan was assuring. The individuals handling my loan were professional. I received the loan terms and interest rate I wanted. This has been the best home loan I ever experienced.

He was sure to explain everything to us since we are first time home buyers and hurried our mortgage process along to make sure we would be able to sign before the Nov. 30th. Tax deadline. Even though they have extended it now, we are still set to close earlier than my realator thought would be possible.
